Gabrisnote® "1000 takk Norge" Fridtjof Nansen 2026

This Gabrisnote® from the ‘1000 Thanks, Norway’ series pays tribute to the Norwegian explorer, scientist and diplomat Fridtjof Nansen. This Gabrisnote® is part of a wider project that aims to create a more extensive series reflecting the rich history and culture of Norway and the whole of Scandinavia.

It comes from a test series of Gabrisnote® that we, as a publishing house, prepared for clients as a sample. This ‘test’ series therefore, understandably, has a very limited print run. It is an exploration of compositions, themes and possible uses of the Gabrisnote® as a medium straddling the line between ‘souvenir’ and ‘art’ for local museums and other cultural institutions.
